Excessive exercising can affect your mental health

The research in USA found that the people who exercise more in a week having better mental health but this study have also proven that excessive amount of exercise is not always better for your mental well being as the people who work out daily for several hours have lower levels of mental health.

Exercising for around 45 minutes three to five times a week is associated with the biggest health benefits. It included all types of physical activities ranging from childcare, housework, lawn-mowing and fishing to cycling, going to the gym, running and skiing.
